Welcome
I’m Bruno Di Giorgi — a composer, guitarist, and researcher captivated by the language of music.
From my first piano chords to today, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding how music works — and how to make it resonate. I earned my Master in Rock Guitar (videos) in Milan and spent years performing alongside renowned Italian artists.
My drive to write my own music led me to soundtrack composition for commercials and films. I experimented with different genres and ensembles, specializing in orchestral scoring. This journey inspired me to create Rock Composition and Orchestration — a course I’ve taught for several years, sharing these techniques with aspiring composers.
In 2017, I completed my PhD in Music Information Retrieval at Politecnico di Milano, starting a new professional chapter as researcher at the intersection of music and AI. At Apple, I developed models and algorithms that understand and generate music.
